§ 1 General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the „Privacy Policy”) sets out how personal data necessary for the performance of the services provided through the Patyki Las możliwości mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the „Application”) by Turystyka Patyki sp. z o.o. is collected, processed and stored.

The User acknowledges that the Administrator of the personal data is the company Turystyka Patyki sp. z o.o. NIP 7306128141 under the KRS number 0000839557 (hereinafter referred to as „Administrator”).

The User is any natural person using the services provided through the Application.

The User acknowledges that the provision of personal data by the User is voluntary. The provision of personal data to the Administrator by the User will take place upon acceptance of the Privacy Policy when registering on the Application.

The personal data provided by the User may be used by the Administrator to send the User commercial information about the Administrator's news and offers, only if the User has agreed to receive such information.

The User hereby accepts the rules contained in the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

§ 2 Data collected automatically

The Administrator does not collect any personal data without the User's consent, but only data which does not have such an attribute, in particular demographic data and data concerning the use of the Application. The collection of the data described in the preceding sentence is carried out automatically (hereinafter referred to as „automatically collected data”).

The data collected automatically do not allow unique identification of the User.

Data collected automatically may be used by the Administrator for statistical purposes, to improve the quality and functionality of the Application and to conduct market research.

§ 3 Security of personal data

The Administrator shall make every effort to ensure that appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect Users' personal data from unauthorised access by third parties and from loss or damage.

The administrator guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided to him.

The Administrator reserves the right to process the User's personal data in order to assert possible claims before a court or administrative authority.
